Event coverage
Weddings, festivals, races and launches — the scale and energy of your day, captured from above. Starting at $3,800
What event coverage entails
We embed with your planners and photographers, then disappear into the sky. Our sub-249g and low-noise aircraft fly the arrivals, the ceremony, the crowd and the send-off without pulling attention — and our ground coordination keeps every flight clear of guests.
For multi-day festivals and races we run relay crews with live downlinks to your screens, plus a 24-hour highlight edit so the aftermovie lands while the weekend is still trending.
What’s included
Silent-flight planning
Low-noise aircraft, altitude rules over crowds, and flight windows timed around vows, speeches and quiet moments.
Full-day photo + video
Aerial stills for albums and press plus cinematic video — coordinated with your ground photographer.
Same-week highlight edit
A 60–90 second cut with licensed music in 7 days — 24 hours for festivals — plus raw selects.
Venue & waiver handling
We liaise with venues, cities and crowds on permissions, announcements and insurance certificates.
Event questions, answered
Will the drone disturb our ceremony?
No. We use quiet aircraft, stay high and distant during sensitive moments, and never fly directly over seated guests. Most couples tell us they forgot we were there.
What if the weather turns?
We watch three forecasts from 10 days out and hold a backup date or ground-coverage plan. If we cannot fly safely, you pay no flight fee — only the ground work delivered.
Can you work with our photographer?
Absolutely — we do it weekly. We join the vendor call, agree on flight windows and sightlines, and share the timeline so nobody’s shot is blocked.
