North Point Realty lists forty-plus homes a month across three suburbs — and every one gets the aerial treatment. Our standing agreement covers 13.1 km² of neighborhoods with twilight exteriors, orbit videos and flyovers that show buyers the lifestyle around the address.
Listings go live with full aerial sets in 48 hours, and the brokerage’s average days-on-market fell by a third in the first two quarters.

The challenge
Volume without sameness: a dozen similar rooftops a week, each needing to feel like the best street in town — while neighbors, HOAs and school zones set strict limits on when and where we can fly.

We built a per-neighborhood playbook: approved launch points, twilight-first scheduling, and three signature compositions per home style. Agents book through a portal; our crew handles permissions, neighbors and delivery without a single phone call from the office.
